STEP 1 - Company

Creation and registration of your company. Or attachment of the activity to your existing company.

2ND STEP- Activity declaration

Obtaining the Activity Declaration Number (NDA) to be authorized to provide training.

STEP 3 - Creation of your training

Design of your training, adapted to the objectives of the targeted RS/RNCP certification.

STEP 4 - VAT exemption

Possibility of requesting a VAT exemption on your training activity.

STEP 5 - Website

Creation of a website compliant with Qualiopi prerequisites.

Launch

STEP 6- Preparing for the audit

Implementation of the Qualiopi process and complete training on all indicators.

STEP 7- Qualiopi certification

Obtaining Qualiopi certification to finance your training.

Request for authorization linked to your training, necessary in order to access public funding.

STEP 9- EDOF request

Completion of your request for access to EDOF, in order to offer your training on the CPF.

  • 1. First telephone interview to confirm your needs

You will be contacted by a member of the team to confirm that your order is eligible and answer your initial questions.

 

  • 2. Demo and explanations

The objective is to detail the progress of the service and the service contract which will bind you to BOOMER. You will also benefit from a detailed action plan, up to the generation of your first € of turnover.

 

  • 3. Signature of the contract

The service will begin upon signature of your service contract.

 

  • 4. Launch and monitoring of the service

Throughout the service you will preview the progress of your service, step by step, while discussing with our team of experts. Depending on the offer chosen.

  • Certification training
    To benefit from the CPF, your training must be certified. Ensure that the training prepares you for an existing certification, while respecting the objectives and obligations specified on the skills sheet of the France Compétences certifier. Our entire training catalog complies with the instructions of the targeted RS/RNCP certifiers.
  • Dedicated RNCP/RS accreditation
    You may have the best training in the world. But if your training organization is not listed as an official partner of the certification in question, you will be unable to offer your training offer on the CPF. And therefore to make an admissible EDOF request. Our team provides its partnerships with referenced certifiers, in your area of expertise, in order to quickly be authorized as a partner training center.
  • Preparation of elements
    Before sending your request, you will need to create and format your elements, in order to prove in particular that your organization and your trainers have the legitimacy to provide training in the area of skills you are seeking. . While mobilizing several mandatory elements, which will be scrutinized during your sending.
  • EDOF registration
    Once your file is ready, all you have to do is send it directly to your EDOF space. You will need to complete an online application form, with all the supporting documents requested and already prepared in step no. 3.
  • Webinar
    After checking the admissibility of your request, you will be invited to participate in an informative webinar. This webinar will give you an overview of requirements and opportunities. Participating in this webinar is not only an essential step but also an obligation to progress in the process.
  • Decision
    Following the webinar, your file will be examined in detail and you may be asked for additional documents to ensure that all conditions are met. You will subsequently receive a notification of decision. This notification will mark either the acceptance of your request or the rejection.
